While national headlines have been somewhat negative since sales are not as strong as last year’s Fed-induced and investor-induced spring, January and February sales have improved at slightly better than normal rates.

New home construction increased 60%+* over the last year in Atlanta, which has created a more competitive housing market. More than enough jobs are being created, as well, to satisfy the demand.
